Remove one social account

Choose any one of these. Each deletes the access token we hold for that account.

• In PostClock, open Connections and choose Disconnect next to the account.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove PostClock. Meta then tells us, and we delete the token, account ID and username for that account automatically.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove PostClock. Same as Instagram.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → remove PostClock.
• YouTube: open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove PostClock.

Delete your whole PostClock account

Email support@postclock.social from the email address of your PostClock account, with the subject “Delete my PostClock account”. Within 30 days we delete your account, connected accounts, tokens, uploaded media, captions and post history, and we email you when it is done.

Content already published on Instagram, Threads, TikTok or YouTube stays there. Delete it on that platform if you want it removed.
