These terms are an agreement between you and Cosmo Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”), the operator of PostClock. By creating an account or using PostClock, you accept them.

1. The service

PostClock uploads, schedules and publishes content you provide to social accounts you connect, and shows the results. PostClock does not create content and does not add a watermark to it.

2. Your account

3. Your content

4. Platform rules

When you publish through PostClock you must also follow the terms of each platform: the Instagram Terms of Use, the Threads Terms of Use, and TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation, and the YouTube Terms of Service. Branded and sponsored content must be disclosed as each platform requires.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PostClock to post spam, to harass anyone, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to break any law.

Do not try to bypass rate limits, access other customers’ data, or disrupt the service.

6. Availability

Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time, and a post can fail for reasons outside our control. We provide PostClock “as is”. Always check that important posts were published.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content you publish. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using PostClock and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where we are incorporated, and disputes go to the courts of India. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
